These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchases from Alfa Jewels ("we", "us", "our"), H no. 139, Gali no. 9/B-Block, Vinay Nagar, Agwanpur, Faridabad, Haryana 121013, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About our products

Alfa Jewels sells imitation (fashion) jewellery. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, our products are not made of solid gold, silver, platinum or other precious metals, and do not contain natural diamonds or precious gemstones. Descriptions such as "gold-toned", "gold-plated", "kundan", "polki" or "American diamond (AD)" describe the look and finish of the product, not precious-metal content or hallmarking.

2. Product images and colour

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Actual colours, finish and size may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Handcrafted pieces may have minor variations, which are not defects.

3. Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, lotions and chemicals; store pieces separately in a dry, airtight pouch; and wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use. Plating and finish can wear with use over time, and this is not covered as damage.

4. Skin sensitivity

Our products are intended to be skin-friendly, but some people are sensitive to certain metals or finishes. If you experience irritation, stop using the product. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

5. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any COD fee are shown at checkout. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available). Prices and availability may change without notice.

7. Orders

An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, undeliverable pin codes or unconfirmed COD orders. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy; we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Alfa Jewels name and logo, product photographs, text and design — belongs to Alfa Jewels or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information or orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, courts at Faridabad, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
