Alfa Jewels currently ships to addresses within India only.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within [DISPATCH_DAYS] business days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: [DELIVERY_DAYS_METRO] business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: [DELIVERY_DAYS_OTHER] business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be longer during sales, festivals, bad weather or for remote pin codes.
Shipping charges
- Orders above ₹499: free shipping
- Orders below ₹499: a flat shipping fee of ₹[SHIPPING_FEE]
The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pin codes across India. A COD handling fee of ₹[COD_FEE] may apply and will be shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your future orders.

Receiving your parcel
Please do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with or badly damaged. We strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video when you open your parcel — it is required for any damage or missing-item claim (see our Refund Policy).
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it could not be delivered after multiple attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
